The Controversy about Motorcycle Council of NSW and the fake minutes - 26 May 2008

In the past week since the launch of MCNetwork, a series of fake emails has been circulating containing attachments of so-called MCC Minutes.

The Motorcycle Council of NSW has never produced electronic minutes because of the likelihood of falsification.

Any electronic version of MCC minutes should be considered fake.

As these minutes are also supposed to have come from the AGM, the validity of such is not verified until the following AGM, and therefore are unsubstantiated.

There are at least three different versions doing the rounds, none of which are worth publishing.

Get Twisited Pty Ltd would like to distance itself from the political arenas and in particular not be involved in any way in the politics or the personality clashes between the various state Councils and Rider Associations.

Any suggestion that Get Twisted Pty Ltd. ACN 128 799 226 or the website www.mcnetwork.com.au has any association with the Motorcycle Council of NSW or its chairman Guy Stanford is misleading.

Guy Stanford was a former Director of the company called Well Twisted Pty Ltd, ACN 125 067 281
from 24 April 2007 to 23 October 2007.
This is a matter of public record, readily verifiable by reference to ASIC records.

Now let's just get out there and do what we do best - ride!
